What Causes Lack Of Appetite With Cold Sensation On Triceps And Shoulders?

Feeling lethargic, lack of appetite, my triceps and shoulders have felt cold and had goosebumps for the past two days. Stool smells of sulfur, haven t been able to sleep for the past two days. Going to bed at about midnight and not able to get to sleep until about 9 in the morning. That s nine hours of lying in bed unable to sleep.
