What Causes Lack Of Bleeding Despite Taking Cytolog And Mifegest For Abortion?

Hi!!! My wife had taken Mifegest 200 mg on 27 /02/2015 at 8:00pm. And 2 tablets Cytolog 200 mg with mouth at bed time and 2 tablets insert in r private on 28/02/2015 pm. And this morning 2 tablets of cytolog have been taken with her mouth... But still not bleeding.. So iam very afraid something going wrong or what??
