What Causes Lack Of Bowel Movement After An Injury?

Hi Dr I took a very good fall of the side of the tub while trying to hang shower curtains , I flip inside out and the bathroom is really small I hurt my leg my arm and my butt , 7 days ago and didn't poop since two days before that so 9 days without poop today , is possible that I may have done something to my bum or just constipaded thanks
