What Causes Lack Of Libido And Erectile Dysfunction?

I am 47 years old and have literally gone from craving sex and being fairly easily aroused, even in the absence of intercourse, to not having the ability to get an erection, or the desire. I ve recently had some cortisone shots in my hip for lower back issues. Also spent 2 days taking hydrocodone and flexeril (3 days ago). I regularly take branch chain amino acids and an arginine product for energy/recovery from workouts. Could any of those be contributing. The change has been very sudden and noticeable
