What Causes Lack Of Libido And Itchy Labia Majora?

yes i have been having low sex drive since my 2yr old soon was born, also my labia majora always itch (like a yeast infection itch). sometimes its worst than other times. sometimes i scratch too much and it becomes sore.could this be related to a decrease in my libido? what could cause a itch so consistent? i am 39yrs old
