What Causes Lack Of Pain In The 3rd Degree Cuts On The Legs?

I leave a very important comment all doctors are welcome to answer worldwide: today I injured myself accidentally by running into a thick sheet of glass and resulted in 3rd to 4rth degree cuts in my legs. about 10 seconds of pain later, I concentrated the pain away as if it did not hurt or exist and focused on the cuts being healed. Now there is no pain
and no bleeding. other people have at least pain about 9 days later. Is my mind stronger than others that I have my own healing power ?
