What Causes Lack Of Periods After Tubectomy ?

hello doctor, i delivered my second child 3 months back ,it was ceaser & during operaion docters advised to get tubectomy done,i got it done. I havent got my mensses yet. whereas after my first child, who was also a c-section, i had my periods the very next month onwards. is there anything to worry?
