What Causes Lack Of Sensation In Clitoris?

I have lost sensation in my clitoris. I used to have no problem stimulating it and having orgasms but now it takes so much effort to acheive an orgasm...have i damaged nerves or bruised it in anyway? will i get the sensation back? I've heard it could be a circulation problem but I'm worried...
