What Causes Lack Of Sex Drive After Coumadin Withdrawal?

My wife once suffered from thrombosis,during which period she had coumadin prescribed for her,and she took it for quite a reasonable period of time.Now she has stopped taking it,but she finds it difficult to conceive,and her attitude towards sex has deteriorated so much that she rarely feels the drive for sex.We have girl of about four years born before she had the thrombosis.Please advice us on what to do.
