What Causes Lack Of Sex Drive And Chronic Fatigue With Elevated Testosterone Levels?

Is there a condition that would help explain symptoms of low testosterone (lack of sex drive, chronic fatigue, weakness) with measured high testosterone levels? My urologist is stumped and says it appears I produce more than enough testosterone but it doesn t affect my body.
