What Causes Lack Of Social Behaviour While On Risperdol?

I have a 22 yr old son who is on risperdol for hearing voices and his obsession with a girl from high school. he is also bp. and paranoid. He has tried latuda and abilfy for 6 months made him worse.Oxcarbazepine 300mg and Hydroxyzine pam25 mg both for a month and then when we started the new doctor she did not want to use either of those drugs. He has been on different amounts of risperdol for 4 yrs now and is up to 4mg twice a day, Plus he is taking Benztropine Mes 2mg twice a day, Divalproex sod er 500mg(3) at bedtime, Clonazepam1mg 3x a day. and still barely can get him to go out of the house. Looking for any help or suggestions .Thank You
