What Causes Lack Of Sperm Discharge And Rapid Heart Rate?

Hello I mastubated a month ago and I had a salty dry mouth after and I seen something abnormal looking like it was gonna come out the top of my penis and ever since I've been having episodes with my heart I had to be rushed to the hospital twice and I had a few more episodes where i almost had another. I'm scared yesterday I tried to mastubate again when I thought I was healed because my penis was hard and erectionate but no sperm came out and my heart started racing. I don't know what's wrong with me but i feel like it's deeper than anxiety please help me
