What Causes Lack Of Stamina And Hair Fall After Having Cesarean?

hi!! im 22yrs old & have a baby 20 months old. i had a cesarian & during my pregnacy had miagrain & now i have all the 7days of my menses. im iron deficit too. past few days ive been very lazy , get tired very easily, no stamina & noticing too much hair fall. im not doing much of house chores just looking after my kid & neglecting other duties as am tired all the time.
