What Causes Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Mifegest?

Hiii I took mifegest as prescribed my gynac, but I didnot have any bleeding. What does that mean?? I hope that will not have any problem if I want to concieve in future?? i am 29 years old and due to unfavorable circumstances wnted to abort my first child and concieve later after 6-7 months.
