What Causes Lack Of Withdrawal Bleeding While On Birth Control Pills?

Been on cilest for five years and my doctor recently put me onto Marviol. I've just finished my second pack, and i'm on day 4 of my 7 day pill free week and i have no withdrawal bleed. I haven't been sick or unwell or missed any pills and this has never happened before, should i be worried?
