What Causes Large Bruise Behind The Knee?

I woke up this morning with a large bruise on the inside of my left leg at the bend by knee. What could have caused this

I am a 42 year old female. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have been having severe leg and foot cramp on same leg. Having tingling in hands and feet. Lots of headaches and nausea.
