What Causes Large Bruise On Left Side Of Elbow?

I have a large bruise on left side of my elbow, it showed without any contact, and it has a white center. It also has a bunch of black/red dots that are all located in the black of the bruise. It showed up today when i awoke and now my middle and ring finger on same arm are starting to tingle
