What Causes Large Bump Filled With Fluid Next To Testicle Sac?

Hi, i have a huge ball, next to my ball sack but it s like three pimples together my girlfriend popped it for me and it looked like body grease coming out. Next day liquid was still coming out and the ball got bigger also i looked at it and its all white. Should my girlfriend keep popping it or let it desinflimate on it s own, Should i be concern?
