What Causes Large Bump On Areola With Greenish Pus Discharge?

I have a large bump on my areola , it's larger than my nipple at this point and bright red. This isn't my first one. This is the first one, though, that had drained green and yellow pus. I am 17 years old and have never been pregnant and have had at least 7 of these. They seem to be getting worse.
