What Causes Large Bumps On Scalp With Burning And Itching Around The Ears?

I did 2 tours in Vietnam 67-68 69-70 I am currently geting compensation for Type 2 diabetes from exposure but since 2006 I have had 2 cyst on chest and back and 4 skin cancers removed last one was 30 stiches in my face I have sent pathology and all medical results from my doctor who did the surgery to the VA of course they denied and is now in the appeal process now in the last 3-4 months i have sores and large bumps in my scalp and burning and itching around my ears and each morning it is wet behind the ears these seem to appear shortly after I had the cancer on my face removed I have contacted the VA but get no results they have me on the AO Registry but have never given any exam or blood work or any type of testing they just go through the motions to seem like they are concerned is there civilan doctors who will do test and confirm this is from exposure going to the VA is not going to accomplish anything as the will makeup some other problem so they will not be responsible any information or contacts would be apperciated so I can get some evidence to fight this appeal.
