What Causes Large Flaky Itchy Growth On Tip Of Forehead?

I have this large growth at the tip of my forehead which seems to be seborreahic?(spelling). It is itchy and when I scratch it , it burns when scratched and it also flakes like dandruff but these flakes do not brush off. They stick to my clothing and it takes full washing of the item to get rid of the flakes. I am afraid that the flake may be some kind of fungi and need your opinion.
