What Causes Large Lump In The Vaginal Area?

I have an unusually large bump in my vaginal area. I have a history of acne around my pubic region so it is not unusual for me to have bumps. However, this one is larger and more sore than the bumps usually are. I have not had unprotected sex. Should I be concerned?
