What Causes Large Painful Pimples On Hips?

Hello! Thank you so much for this service!! I'd like to understand why I get these large, painful pimples on my hips! I wash my clothes and bathe regularly, and have tried using body wash such as Neutrogena Body Clear... I'm 5'7 and ~140 lbs, so while my "lovehandles" aren't grotesque in size they still have large, unsightly pimples on them! No good for bikini season! What's up doc?
