What Causes Large Red Patches On Neck, Ear And Breast?

My 6 year old daughter is getting large red patches that seem mildly swelled. They last for about an hour and then subside. Then hours later a new set will start. I did just notice a half dozen pin sized red spots on her arm which has not had any red patches on it yet. It started on the neck on left side last night, then today on right ear, other side of neck and right breast. Now 3 hours later she has a spot on her wrist (not the arm with the specks), and her right back shoulder. Again, they last for only an our or so then go away. I know she has been complaining also of stuffy nose the last two days and a head ache once where it hurt to move her head, my guess, from head congestion. These patches don t seem to have any spots in them. Thank you, Julie Montgomery
