What Causes Large Red Spots On Bottom And Stomach?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... My son has several large red spots on his bottom an am getting abit worried. He first got them on his stomach and back but they have gone now and are on his bottom now and a couple on his legs. I really can't think of the cause so could u help?
