What Causes Large Skin Tags And Warts On Back?

I am looking for a dermatologist who can treat a diabetic patient (Type II). The patient has enormous skin tags and/or worts on his backside. The largest lesion is larger than a golf ball and are located at the sacrum of his back. They bleed after his shower.He has a history of colon cancer but has been cancer-free for over 5 years. He is a 78 year old, functionally illiterate, white male. He is morbidly obese (350 lbs) . He can be a very difficult patient. Medicare is his primary insurance.
