What Causes Large Soft Lump At The Base Of Neck?

I have a very soft but large swelling base of neck above collarbone. There is no pain.. What could this be. I just finished a 10 day antiabotcs dur to bronchitis , but it's been 3 weeks since I got off the medicine. Could this have something to do with the swelling.
