Hi my husband has a large soft lump on his left side of his neck above his collar bone, feels like fluid filled. He has lately been choking on his own saliva and has Cononary artery disease with cabg 8 years ago. Has fatty liver disease, close to having diabetes, severe restless leg syndrome . He is 50 years old
