What Causes Late Periods After Having Unwanted 72?

I took unwanted 72 during the last week of my menstruation cycle,so my week was supposed to be started with in a week after that. But now almost 15 days have past there is no signs of the period.I had done a home pregnancy tests also which came out negative.What should I do ?
