What Causes Late Periods With Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

Well ever since l shifted to work in sudan l havent recieved my periods end this month will be 3 months, l have a pain like feeling on the right side of my lower abdomen, frequent the toilet every 10mins at times l pee mush at times nothing at all. what could be the problem.
