What Causes Leakage Of Breast Implant?

ive had two surgires on my right brest it was known to be called bread loaf when i looked it up on the internet but my plastic surgen didnt give me the exact term.he went back in and sowed around the brest to keep the implant from going into my left implant.why does this keep happining i had the surgery 6 to7 onths ago and its doing the same thing?
