What Causes Leakage Of Urine While On Tampons?

Hi, I am currently on my period and I have been using tampons for the whole of today but not to long ago I stood up after laying down and I felt myself get very wet when I had went to the bathroom and checked myself it had looked like I had leaked wee, could you please help me?
