What Causes Leaking Of Clear Fluid From Breast During Second Trimester?

Hello, I in 2 trimester of pregnancy, my right side breast around areolas bumps are leaking clear fluid like a bilter and spreading all over to nipple. My OB can not diagnostic and don't want to give antibiotic util after I have mammogram. Do I really need do? What could have be? Please help.
