What Causes Left Abdominal Pain, Urine Discharges, Nausea Since An Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hi, I had an extopic pregnancy in april, now i am having left side pain again, also my urin has tissue looking substance in it and i feel nasous. I did just start taking low ogestrel yesterday, but have never had a reaction to it before. The pain started before yesterday.
