What Causes Left Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Dizziness After Laparoscopy?

Hi, I recently had a laperoscopy for endometriosis, as well as an apendectomy. It appeared that the surgery went fine and there were no complications. However, a few days after the surgery, I was in the ER for incessant vomiting. The took an ex ray and found nothing, gave me fluids, and sent me home. Also all my blood and urine tests came back normal. I felt better for that night, but on Sunday was taken to the ER again for dizzyness and kept over night. They found nothing and claimed it could be a virus. Its now a week and a day since my surgery and I am experiencing constant dizziness, nausea, and as well a constant pain in my lower left abdomen that is unlike the pain from the incisions. I am so sick. When normally by now, women are feeling almost normal from that operation.
