What Causes Left Iliac Pain During Ejaculation, Low Libido, And Pain Before Orgasm With A History Of Varicocele, Hydrocele, And Kidney Stone?

I felt pain in my left iliac during the last ejaculation. Currently, I have low libido and pain before possible orgasms. Thus, no ejaculation. I had varicocele 15 years ago, hydrocele 10 years ago, surgery, and a stone kidney 4 years ago (which came out through a urine canal without surgery). For most of my life, I had a non-active lifestyle, but for the last 4 months, I was quite active: cycling every day and lifting weights. I usually have no left iliac pain, no swelling or bulge, and no sexually transmitted infection. What could be the issue? Thank you in advance.
