What Causes Left Sided Body Pain With Pinprick Sensation In The Hand?

Hi, my mother is having pain in full left side of her body with severe pain in legs, swelling/pain in area below neck and sometimes pins sensation in hands. Can you please suggest me whom should I consult orthopedic, neurologist,physiotherapist. Thanks & Regards, Sumit
