What Causes Left Sided Body Pain?

I have been having pain on the left side of my body for years. First my foot developed a huge lump which I was told it was not Gout or Infection but due to my flat feet. Also I continue to have pain in my left breast and it feels like something is causing pain inside my body up toward my right breast but I feel this more in my back.
