What Causes Left-sided Chest And Stomach Pain?

i am experiencing pain in myn left ,middle chest and to my stomach .it come and goes.i feel d pain more when iam awake ,drink water,eat and it lasts more than 30mins sometimes but gets better when i take pain killers.what do you think its happening to me sir.i wil go to walk in centre tomorrow
