What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain, Numbness In Arms And Blurred Vision?

Hi I had my gallbladder out 2 weeks ago after a month of being misdiagnosed. I was doing better and then ended up with really bad pain that they thought was a blood clot. They did a ct and found it was not and the er dr said it was "chest wall pain" and prescribed naproxen. As soon as I ran out of naproxen I could tell the difference and ever since yesterday I have had shooting pains in the left side of my chest and that radiates down my left arm. I still have an appetite, however I vomited a foamy whitish yellow liquid yesterday. I am also currently on an anti nausea med and vomited despite having taken that medicine. I have also had numbness in my arm and occasional blurred vision. I am very hesitant to return to the doctor after a month of tests and wrongly diagnosed illnesses.
