What Causes Left-sided Pain In Gut Radiating Into Back Along With Heartburn?

I'm having left side pain in my gut just under my rib, radiating into my back with heartburn and my breath feels on fire. I feel movement in my left side as well (like rolling). The left pain has been happening periodically for a couple of years, but has intensified with a burning esophagus that hurts when I drink cold liquids and hasn't gone away after two weeks of treating myself with Prilosec. My ribs hurt in my upper chest as well. My lips peel on the inside of my mouth.
Also, I'm curious what moderate epithelial cells mean?
