What Causes Left Upper Quadrant Pain And Vomiting Sensation?

Hi, about 5 days ago I started to get LUQ pain and it is dull and achy. Sometimes it radiates to the back. Other than the pain, I was able to eat and drink properly and generally felt well. Two days ago my appetite started to decrease, then yesterday and today I am unable to eat anything. I have not vomited but I have felt like I was going to. I don t not have a fever as far as I can tell. Thanks, Robert
