What Causes Leg Pain, Dizziness And Inflammation In Inner Ear?

My legs hurt every day and I get dizzy every time I tilt (but not turn left or right) my head to either side or bend down or tilt my head back. My nurse practitioner says I have inflammation in my inner ear. But I didn t tell him about the pain in my legs, thinking it s not important right now. Why do my legs hurt and how can I get inflammation out of my inner ear/s? Thanks
