What Causes Leg Pain With Fever After Intercourse?

Hi I had sex about 3 days ago and the condom broke didnt notice till about 30sec. After so we stopped and later that same night my legs started hurting really bad next morning woke up with a high fever still with bad leg pain fallowed with a cold, could I have gotten something after the condom broke? I am 21yrs about 5'7 and weigh about 140pounds
