What Causes Leg Tremors In A Person With Diabetes?

what would llikely cause extremity shaking to the point that her legs give out quite often when she is trying to walk (with walker) or get up from a sitting position. She is type 2 diabetic for several years. on a tote bag full of meds for diabetes ( Humalog,Lantis, victosza, metformin),water control, nueropothy, just to name a few. I am afraid she is going to fall when her caregiver or I am not home (i drive semi truck). ANY IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL- been trying to research this when I am home or have time on the road.
