What Causes Lesions On The Upper Thighs And Hip Area?

My daughter is 21 years old she got EBV when she was 17 years old and has been having health problems ever since. She always feels tired, body aches, nausea, night sweats, anemia, fatigue, skin reactions and now she has some leisons on her upper thighs and hip area. I have been taking her the several doctors for the last four years and no one seems to give me an answer as to what she may have. Last June she was on her monthly and it lasted two and half weeks, that had never happened before she was always very irregular with her monthly, she would get it for a few days and maybe not mensturate for about two months or so very irregular. She was put on contraceptives so that she could menstrate monthly. She also had iron infusions and a blood transfusion last year in July. We were told she had inflamation in her intestines and inflamation however they now tell me that the recent colonoscopy shows everything to be normal, we were told she may have colitis but it was never confirmed yet she was put on medication pentasa and entacort, which she is no longer taking as of three weeks ago. My daughter has now developed leisons on her upper thighs and hip area I am very concerned and no one seems to know what is wrong with her. Her recent wbc is 13.0 we have seen a GI, Rhumatologist, and a Hematologist which had said she would do a bone marrow and then changed her mind. I am not sure what to do now but my daughter is not well. I would appreciate your opinion, thank you.
