What Causes Lethargy In Woman With Uterine Fibroids?

i have been diagnosed with uterine fibroids. i have anaemia too. i have been on ferrous sulphate tabs low dose. i now have fefol and i really feel sickly. my HB is 9. i am female aged 38. what could be the cause of my lethargy?

i weigh 55kg and i am 157 cm tall.
