What Causes Lichen Sclerosus, Burning Mouth Syndrome And Red Swelling In Knees?

I have had a poor immune system for 6 months and was diagnosed with lichen sclerosis, I then developed burning mouth syndrome and for last two weeks my knees have become red and swollen especially in the evening, the burning feels like sunburn. Any idea what is going on?
