What Causes Light And Brownish Blood Discharge From Vagina?

hi i am a female and iv been trying to conceive a child i am six days late due my next period then it decided to come but it is extremely light and brown ,and my stomach feels like there's a ball rolling in it sometimes it hurts could i be pregnant ? i have a son but i never went thought this before
