What Causes Light And Delayed Menstruation?

I had my period last in January, near the end of January I think. IT was very short and dark brown, bvery light. I did not get a period in February, and it s now March 10th. I have taken a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. I am waiting another week to retest. We were trying to conceive.
